Having been an active property investor himself and involved in finance and wealth creation for over 20 years setting up Taylored Financial Solutions was a natural progression for Richard in giving something back to his clients.

Arriving in Australia in 1992 from England where he had held senior positions with some of the Country's largest Financial organizations

Richard started Your State Home Loans in 1994 which later became incorporated into the organization TFS.

"I adore talking to people about property and investments. Most of my clients come to me when they are getting serious about their investing, and we work together to make their dreams a reality.

Other client's release that their loan structure may not be suitable for them and in many cases we find what they have established is incorrect.

I am lucky to have client's not only all over Australia but in fact all over the world dealing with many Expat applications from places such Singapore, UK, North America and Finland".

Richard is also a Director of First Home Owners Group Pty Ltd being Queensland largest provider of Vendor Finance and has lectured on wrapping and other positive cash flow techniques.

Richard holds a Degree in Economics from Bournemouth University and is a Full Member of the MIAA No.16714
